Safeguarding Youth (formally Youth Protection Training) – Required for ALL Adults

Any adult(s) who will be attending Scouting events with their Scout(s) will need to complete the Youth Protection Training. This training will need to be renewed annually. 

Here’s how to take the training:

• • Go to my.scouting.org and create an account by following the onscreen directions. You will create a username and password.
  • Once logged in, click on the icon that says “Youth Protection Starts With You”
  • Upon completion, you will receive a YPT trained certificate via email. Print this certificate and give to your den leader.
