There are <strong>both formal and informal ways<\/strong> to help, and <strong>every family is expected to contribute in some way<\/strong>, according to their availability and comfort level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whether you have time to take on a leadership role or can simply lend a hand now and then, <strong>we need you<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ways to help include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Becoming a Den Leader or Assistant Den Leader<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serving on the Pack Committee<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Helping at events<\/strong> (set-up, clean-up, activities, food)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Decorating or crafting for special occasions<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordinating service projects or outings<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sharing a skill, hobby, or talent with the Scouts<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re ready to take on a <strong>formal position<\/strong>, you can fill out an <a href=\"https:\/\/filestore.scouting.org\/filestore\/pdf\/524-501.pdf\">A<strong>dult Application<\/strong><\/a> to get started.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For <strong>informal ways to help<\/strong>, just talk to <strong>Cubmaster Amanda<\/strong>, <strong>Assistant Cubmaster Nick<\/strong>, or your <strong>Den Leader<\/strong> \u2014 we\u2019re happy to help you find a way to plug in that works for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your involvement\u2014big or small\u2014makes a huge difference.
